Each year, the Kauffman Foundation provides significant resources supporting the advancement of education and entrepreneurship in America through programs, research and thought leadership. Their goals are ambitious. So, to do as much social good as possible, they look to strategic partners to help augment their teams and advance their initiatives. Enter Redbird. With our years of experience working with Foundations to develop meaningful content, as well as our subject matter expertise in entrepreneurship, we have been integrated in meaningful, productive ways.
Our team of subject matter experts serve and augment the internal Kauffman team on a range of initiatives:
Almost 150,000 unique attendees participate in the 1 Million Cups (1MC) program each year. Redbird’s partnership and support helped to increase attendee scores for the volunteer summit from a +43 NPS in 2017 to a +70 NPS in 2018. Today, more than 75% of attendees to 1MC say that 1MC is “helpful to my business.”
Our work with the FastTrac program, interviewing their affiliates and providing recommendations to support student needs, helped lift the 8000+ registered student NPS to +58. Furthermore, while 89% of students said FastTrac helped their business, a full 99% of the 140+ affiliates say they will continue to offer FastTrac in future.
